How klose recruitment works

For most roles we work on contingency: a flat 15% of the hire's first-year base salary, payable only when you successfully hire. For senior and executive searches we run a retained engagement, with part of the fee on engagement and the balance on placement.

Every placement is covered by a 90-day replacement guarantee. If a hire doesn't work out in the first 90 days, we run the search again at no additional fee.

It depends on the seniority of the role, but because we work in the sales market every day, we can usually present a first shortlist within one to two weeks of agreeing the brief.

Sales roles across the board: SDRs, BDRs and Account Executives, through Sales Managers and Team Leads, up to Heads of Sales, VPs, GMs and CROs.

Not at all. Anyone can hire through klose recruitment. Existing subscription clients simply get priority and preferred rates when they're ready to build an in-house team.
